Leaders...it's time to begin to trust your intuition, and live with the reality of your mistakes. The people you lead don't need you to ask more questions, they need you to show some confidence and make decisions. You'll mess up, yes...but it's through your mistakes that you'll learn. You can't watch film forever, you're going to have to get into the game and play.
The problems you think are so difficult to solve are actually a lot more easier than you think. Attack your problems quickly and with certainty.
Life can be a little harsh and unforgiving at times, and during these times, we tend to feel helpless. But you don't need more sympathy; you need clarity. You have a lot more control than you think. Create a new goal, clarify your mission and create a plan. And work the plan. You'll get where you need to go. You have power. You have control.

Why are you always looking for compliments? Half the stuff you hear is not true, and is meant to flatter you or distract you. Let's have a clear eye, and remember that we are not jack. That's right... You ain't it. And thats ok. None of us are. Let's get joy from learning, growth and evolution. All of this is facilitated by consistent exposure to reality. Too many compliments clog up your system and cloud your vision.
The type of learning you need shouldn't leave you feeling refreshed.... you need a punch to the gut. Learning should be painful, and cause you to refine your beliefs, expose you to reality, and challenge you. All of these things are painful.
It's the 4th quarter, and you're behind. You still have an entire quarter left, so don't forfeit the game... go all out.
Batman has no superpowers and frequently gets his butt kicked. But Batman is fearless, persistent and built like iron.
