You'll want to call friends and family, to get their tears for sympathy...This will taste good, but will provide you NO nutritional value. It does nothing for you. You must force yourself to be alone, to be calm, to refuse sympathy in times of crisis. Instead, train yourself to be practical, to be rational, and to solve problems. This is what will lead to the feeling of growth and evolution. This feeling tastes good.
