Watch how many people you know complain about the government, the president, their boss, white people, black people, and so on....and these are the same people you see stuck in the same position year after year, complaining and railing against every uncontrollable thing in the book. And then you have the Dame Dash types...the types who refuse to be suckas and complain, but instead create the very circumstances that they want. They play their own game. And they set it up so they can win. I wonder how much you complain about the rules of another person's game, instead of having the courage and swag to create your own. Listen to this episode, it's your only hope.
Real change is bloody...Look at history. Revolutions are messy, people die. Wars happen, and will continue to happen. But most of you are trying to "negotiate" with your problems, chokeholds and obstacles. Instead, you better put the ski mask on and lay the murder game down, like Money Mitch said in "Paid in Full". No more talkin’, no more meetings. Go to war on what's holding you back, and refuse to fight fair. This is war.
What you'll find is that most people are far too soft to take reality....it damages their ego, and their ego is too fragile. Maybe you're one of those people...It's all good, because there is a fix. Find the reality first, instead of waiting for others to point it out to you. And once you find it, be ruthless in your attack to improve and strengthen your areas of weakness.
The biggest enemy to your progress and growth will be your instinct and habit of closing your mind off to reality, and refusing to challenge what you know is true. You have to stay agile and nimble.

When you begin to grow, learn and evolve, you will be at a stage where you'll feel nervous to be yourself. You'll wonder if people will accept you... and if you're not careful, you'll start to emulate others, or try to be like someone instead of being yourself. You have to resist and fight this temptation... there is no one like you. The world is waiting on you to be yourself.
When your dreams and goals are in the infant stage, you have to protect them, just like you would a baby. And nourish those dreams until they can live on their own. But you have to be a good parent, and watch who and what influences your dreams.
